OFFICER POSITION:
Credit Review Officer(Audit & Compliance Division –HO)
Job Description: Responsible for the review and evaluation/classification of credit accounts in accordance with established procedures/guidelines of regulatory agency.
Qualifications: Qualified applicant must have extensive knowledge and background in Credit Administration and Loans Packaging, Collection, and Remedial Management.
IT Officer(IT Department – HO)
Job Description : planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring of Information Technology projects in support of the Bank’s computerization program. Ensuring overall system performance, reliability and integrity.
Qualifications: Qualified applicant must be a graduate of BS Computer Science or any Computer related course with at least two (2) years managerial capacity. Preferably has a strong background in IT and MIS Operations of a banking environment.
STAFF POSITIONS:
Audit Examiner(Audit & Compliance Division –HO)
Job Description: Responsible for undertaking financial and special audits.
Qualifications: Qualified applicant must at least a graduate of BS Business Administration or BS Accountancy. Have at least two (2) years experience in banking operations, proficient in MS Office application, with competent skills in oral and written communications, and willing to travel.
Systems and Methods Staff(Systems and Methods Dept –HO)
Job Description: Responsible for assisting the department in the preparation of procedural manuals.
Qualifications: Qualified applicant must at least a graduate of any business course. Have at least two (2) years experience in banking operations, proficient in MS Office application, with competent skills both in oral and written communications.
Account Assistant(Collection Department – HO)
Job Description: Responsible for monitoring and collecting from delinquent accounts.
Qualifications: Male or female. Knowledgeable in credit and loan collections
and can work under minimum supervision. Proficient in MS Office application,
with competent skills in oral and written communication, and willing to travel.
Appraisers(Credit Services Department – HO)
Job Description: Responsible for conducting credit investigation on existing clients,
applicants, and other subjects for inquiries and providing inspection
and appraisal reports on real estate properties mortgage to the Bank.
Qualifications: Male with good moral character and preferably a resident of South Luzon area
(Laguna, Cavite, Quezon, and Batangas). Proficient in MS Office applications and
has competent skills in oral and written communications. Background in credit investigation and
appraisal is an advantage.
Tellers
Job Description: Responsible for servicing over-the-counter transactions of the Bank and other customer-related transactions.
Qualifications: Graduate of any four (4) year business course,
must have good communication skills, both oral and written.
He/she must be people-oriented and a team player.
